Be an exemplary member. Submit stuff. Embody our community. Start a blog or collection. Prove that you want to be part of the community. We will only promote people to staff who have proven to be an exemplary member. So, if you are an exemplary member and there is an open position on staff, we may end up contacting you about joining our staff. If you are contacted and are willing to follow our simple policies then all you have to do is agree to our terms and there you are - the newest staff member of RF Generation.
