Overview:
From the back of the box:All hands on deck! Brave the intense action of naval warfare and experience fast paced, head-to-head fighting combined with military strategy. Pilot up to eight ship types, from Aircraft Carrier to Submarine through 70 missions.
In this game you control one or more ships of a naval fleet. On a map you can sail your ships in the direction of an enemy. Once you get close enough you get a battle screen and you can fight each other. All fights are one on one. These fights consist of sailing around while shooting at each other.
The physics of the boats are absolutely ridiculous. They move more like cars than like boats. It's also no problem for a tiny smuggling boat to sink a huge navy ship with three shots.
This is about as much a navy simulator as Mario Kart is a Formula One racing simulator.
