I've always been a gamer, and still consider myself more of a gamer than a collector. I just noticed one day I'd accumulated a couple hundred games without trying. I started collecting more seriously around 2007ish, kind of as a way to have a backlog. I love having a ton of games on backlog so that I never feel like I have nothing new to play.

I dont pay much attention to developers. Tons of companies release amazing games and awful games hand in hand. No developer is perfect.
