Sub-Terrania!  Good little Genesis shmup that takes the Lunar Lander formula and expands it quite a bit.

EDIT: Crud, I missed Duke's post before I answered!  I bought a CIB copy of that years ago, and it gets really hard after the first couple levels, but it's pretty cool.  The game's music is by Jesper Kyd, who some of you may recognize from later titles like MDK2, Hitman 2, the Assassin's Creed series, and some of the tracks in Borderlands 2 and the Pre-Sequel.

Never realized Jesper Kyd did Sub-Terrania. He did a fantastic job on Assassin's Creed.
