COME ON AND SLAM!

Kind of confused on this one, as the disc says "Disc 1" and "For rental or resale" on it.
There is only room for one disc in the case. Huh

EDIT: Maybe it's normal: link to someone else's image

Recently picked up a DVD of "The Grave of the Fireflies".

To be honest, I was rather disappointed in the film - it's good, but not as good as the hype suggests. The DVD didn't help - there was no option to watch the film with English subtitles over Japanese dialogue, so I watched it dubbed into English. The US accents jarred in the context of the film's setting, WW2 Japan.

I recently received an upgrade (of sorts) to my Rhino TransFormers G1 DVD sets, and picked up the entire show in one box set, along with the movie on Blu-Ray and the Japanese continuation!

Gonna have myself a ball laughing yet again at Warpath's speech impediment, and Starscream's beta-cuckiness, especially against Megatron...

I picked this up when I spotted it at Wal-Mart for around $16 because it was a steelboook and I didn't own Blue Ray released of Highlander. The final quickening looks amazing actually mastered in HD.

Last one was The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 on BluRay, which completed that set.

Got these for $10 a pop in a pawnshop and the only thing missing was the DVD copy of Return of the Jedi (which I found a loose disc of from this exact set for $4 on Ebay)

I received The Predator and Friday on Blu-ray for Christmas. I've been limiting myself on buying DVD's but came across Ginger Snaps DVD at a goodwill.

$30 total from someone that was downsizing to move. The TMNT set seems to be the crown jewel because that particular release seems to be a bit sought after (selling for around $40 at the low end with some copies going much higher) and this copy is like 100% complete right down the ad slip for the XBLA game still being in it.

It is, the thing is also packed to the brim with feelies including a pocket-sized graphic-novelization of the first movie written and drawn by the originals creators of the TMNT comic.

Yeah. It really is absurdly extravagant considering the 80s TMNT trilogy is infamously considered So Bad It's Good at best by hardcore fans and I'm happy I caught my eye in the list of stuff the guy was selling when I bought The Matrix set off him and he was showing me pictures of the other stuff he had.

This just came in the mail recently. It's basically a re-packaged version of The Scream Factory Collector's Edition and this steelbook version was limited to 10,000 copies.
