I'm not that psyched about it.  It's a Switch Pro, which should have been dropped with this Switch line.  I'm waiting for the gimmick and the software.  Yeah, I'm sure I'll get it because it's my, most likely, last change at physical media but... it's just a Switch.  I'll have to see what bells and whistles, if any, and the software showcased on April 2nd.

If you look at all the leaked specs, it does appear this will be a pretty substantial leap in terms of power and capabilities. Yes, it's ultimately just going to be a newer, more powerful Switch at the end of the day. But the gulf is pretty wide between what the existing Switch can do and what this new model will be capable of. It's definitely more than just a "Switch Pro" in terms of the hardware upgrade. I'm stoked for it, myself. I was a day one adopter of the original, and as many hundreds of hours as I've put into both of my Switch consoles, I assume I'll have a similar amount of time into the new iteration.
