Goodbye for Now!
«

Hello all,
It is with sadness and hope that I am saying goodbye to video game collecting for now. I have been contemplating getting out of it for the past couple months. I have asked myself, "Do I want to slow down", "Do I want to collect only for this or that", or "Am I done entirely?" The result is that I will be saying goodbye for about a year. I will be keeping what I have. The decision is being made for mostly personal reasons regarding mental health. The hobbie is not really rewarding or fun to me anymore, in fact it has become somewhat of a burden. I will also be away from the forums for awhile. I will miss the people on here, I had some great times. and made friends on here. I appreciate everything this place and the people who have made this hobbie enjoyable.
I will still pickup current gen stuff to play, because the gaming part is not the problem.
So this is goodbye for now, see you all later, and good luck out there.

Good luck Fokakis. I wish you well. You've been great to talk to and hang out with, hope you don't become a complete stranger.

So long and thanks for all the fish....
Good luck to you, and we'll be here when you're ready.

See you later. I sure hope if you do end up leaving collecting behind that you at least stay on the site and visit the community. Don't be a stranger, brother!

Hey all I am making my return to rfgen. I was able to get better perspective on things in my life, and I believe I am able to move forward with being a part of this community, and collecting.
I know I wasn't gone long 😊
I will be downscaling the things I want to pick up versus collecting in volume. I am glad to be back and really hope to become a larger part of the community on here.
