I know it's a little late in the year to be asking this but I'm super curious as to what people are stoked about:

If you could only buy 5 games released from September 2015 through December 2015, which would they be and why?

wildbil52:
Fallout 4 - Fallout 3 and Skyrim are my favorite games so, obvs
Rainbow Six Siege - Vegas 1 and 2 are 2 of my all time fav shooters
Xenoblade Chronicles X - Just acquired a Wii U and my love for the series has been rekindled by Crabby, thanks again, buddy
Divinity Original Sin - Been looking forward to playing it on PC for a long time and the enhanced edition is down in price
Star Wars Battlefront - Need something to play with buddies and, you know, Star Wars

Fallout 4 - Pip Boy Edition arrived yesterday, but I can't play it until Christmas.
Star Wars Battlefront - Looking forward to playing a new Star Wars game.
Rise of the Tomb Raider - This game looks great. I'll have a chance to try it tomorrow.
Just Cause 3 - If you can make as much dumb sh*t happen as last time this game will be great.
Read Only Memories - I keep hearing this title mentioned in relation to Snatcher... I have to check it out.

Fallout 4 - Had the Pip Boy Edition pre-ordered
Xenoblade Chronicles X - Have the Special Edition pre-ordered, still haven't played the original
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain - I've never been the biggest fan of the series, but I like what I've seen/heard about this game
Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection - Love these games, excited to revisit them on the PS4
Super Mario Maker - I'm interested in playing some good user-created levels, not interested in making levels myself

Fallout 4: Having lots of fun with it so far
Star Wars Battlefront: Beta was fun, so I am sure the full game is going to be even better.
Earth Defense Force 4.1: The others are goofy and really fun. I am expecting the same.
Metal Gear Solid V: Great series, with a solid story.
Just Cause 3: Never played the others but it looks like a fun sandbox to play in

I don't know if I can come up with 5, but here we go:

1. Fallout 4 - already enjoying my time in the wasteland
2. Bloodborne: The Old Hunters DLC - It's not necessarily a new game per se, but is supposed to be a large expansion
3. Rise of the Tomb Raider - I enjoyed the last one. I doubt I will get this any time soon, but I want to pick it up eventually
4. Rock Band 4 - I won't be getting this until all the past songs from the old games can be brought over
5. Transformers Devastation - Just for the crazy nostalgia trip

Most of the games I was hyped for have been delayed into 2016 now so a top 5 is tough for me this year.

1. Rodea (Wii U)
2. Xenoblade Chronicles X (Wii U)
3. ........
4. ........
5. ........

This spring though!!! So pumped

Damn, I was hoping the qualification would just be "new games" so I could sneak in some NES homebrews I plan to buy.

1. Fallout 4: Fallout + Skyrim + Crafting/Basebuilding = 100s of hours of fun.
2. Super Mario Maker: Endless Mario.  Willing to see what's out there rather than snobbishly decide what is and isn't a "real" Mario level.
3. Shovel Knight: Plague of Shadows: Along with the original, now on physical copies.
4. Party Hard: So intriguing, I don't care it was actually released in August.
5. Wonderland Dizzy: Not a huge fan of Dizzy, but the release of a "new" NES game has my attention.

1. Xenoblade Chronicles X (the main reason I bought a Wii U)
2. Super Mario Maker (okay, I already have this)

Most of the games I am really looking forward to aren't coming until next year.  Which gives me more time to play XBCX.

@Crabby: Rodea is the last Wii game right?

Not sure if it's gonna be the definite last, but it'll definitely be among them

I already bought Mario Maker, so Xenoblade Chronicles X is this year's Bayonetta 2 - the ONLY game I'm looking forward to this holiday season.  Had I not already bought Mario Maker, that would have been the other one.
