The game store also had this beauty on the shelf:

I bought it sealed in plastic, but to my surprise, it wasn't empty:

3 extra DMG link cables, a 4-way adapter, and an A/C adapter! The case and contents were a steal at the price.
I have one of those! I don't like how tightly it holds the Game Boy in there though. The tab can scratch on your Game Boy when inserting/removing it.
Yes, I've tried holding the tab back while inserting/removing the console. It just has too much force.

You can see mine in the photos here: http://www.rfgeneration.c...hot.pl?ID=E-037-H-00090-A
They also show you where some things can be stored.  Smiley

Nice!  I knew right away when I looked inside that the center spot was for AA batteries, that was pretty obvious.  It's too bad there's not room for an official A/C adapter, though.  I suspect I can make it work.  I've been mulling over the purchase of a custom biverted Game Boy DMG with a custom colored shell, so if I did that, I might just make this my case to carry it and a handful of titles so when I travel, I can take it with me as my "review kit".  Pretty cool stuff.

BIG thanks to Rich for helping me score the long awaited NHL 98 for the Genesis.  The first EA hockey game I owned for the PSX is now the last EA hockey game I own for the Genesis.

Glad I could help out!  That's actually a really nice copy.  Had no idea it was rare and went for a bit of cheddar.

You wouldn't think a Genesis sports game would be tough but you know how late releases can be.  Haven't fired it up yet.  time to break out the 4 way play.

I haven't posted anything here in a while, I think since late last year, so here are most of my pickups from the last 3 or 4 months.  I'm sure there are a few things I've forgotten to include, but I think most of it is here.  All of this stuff came from a combination of retailers, ebay, OTC Video Games, and some traders here.  Thanks to Silver80 for giving me some great deals on the stuff he sent me.  Also thanks to senseiman for giving me a great deal on the Japanese stuff in the last pic.  Sorry if there's anybody else I've traded with and neglected to mention.

Haha, as much as I feel like I don't want to downsize anytime soon, all of my game shelves are pretty much at capacity.... again.  Maybe I just need to get more creative with storing my games....

Nice grab on Brigandine and that Fire Emblem Special Edition. I'm a little salty I haven't been able to get one yet.

Yep, fortunately I was watching the Nintendo Direct live when the FE Special Edition was announced, and it went live on various retailers' sites shortly after.  Definitely glad I was able to snag one.

Haha, right there with you!  My main shelf is completely full (and I mean completely, no room left to squeeze anything else on there), my PSP box is full, my PS3 games have spilled out into other boxes, and my PSX box is packed full w/ nowhere else to put the games.  I need to get creative.  But, I continue to collect, so I'll figure it out over time Grin

Nice pickups, also!  HELLFIRE!  That's one I'm still missing, that I need to grab at some point.
