ZX Spectrum Book (Kickstarter)

Spoiler (hover to show)
After the great Amiga book, I decided to support this one too. It even includes a new CD by Allister Brimble Cool
Besides the Spectrum, Allister did the music for popular Amiga games such as Superfrog, Project X and Alien Breed.

Look at all this awesome stuff!

Gamestops website had a ton of "new" PC games for $1 or 2 a piece, so I went ahead and ordered all the things.  Warcraft III was a pretty nice surprise.  I didn't think that would ever be something Gamestop still had.

Speaking of Gamestop, I found this at one for $5 brand new.  I didn't have a PlayStation Move before this, so that's a nice little bonus.

Hell yes.  I got this from Amazon for $20ish bucks.  It was new but damaged stock, the damage being that one of the back corners was smashed a bit.  It was very, very minor and I'll take that for a discount that steep any day.

These are some random NES games I got from Disc Replay.  I sat down to test them and 4 hours later I was at the end of Xexyz.  That's a fun little game.

This is the stuff I got from Amazon Warehouse deals.  There was about a week of really good prices and then everything dried up really fast again.  It's probably the Christmas rush, so I'm not to worried.

And this is the stuff I grabbed from thrifts.  I found the Warcraft III expansion literally days after I got the base game from Gamestop.  It's weird how that happens sometimes.  My oldest daughter loves Super Why so I grabbed that games for her.  It kept her enthralled for 3 days.  That's a pretty a good way of spending $3.

Hey look, another picture of Gamestop stuff!  These were all $1 games.  The Mario Ornaments were just too cool to pass up.  I'm loving all of the collectible swag that has come out around Mario's 30th anniversary and Super Mario Maker.

And the final picture.  This was Best Buy's deal of the day a little while ago for $20.  I haven't bought a Vita yet and the PS4 remote play looks awesome since my wife always hogs the living room TV, so I think this little thing is going to see quite a bit of use.

And that's it for this time!

Despite Ziggity Zag's consistent board game finds I believe that I have surged into the lead for the most important month of the year, with my find today.

Have a sample of this game's amazing genius. You'll need to channel the inside trader that lives inside of us all, and always focus on winning!

Later at my local DAV I found yet another nice collection of cassette tape holders. Only these all had handles! After going through all of the options I found the finest piece to add to my collection. By now I'm just hitting a 2 game winning streak.

As you can see. Its no longer a cassette collection, but a Sega collection. Sega comes in for the assist to get a third game to that streak!

I've been rather lazy with my posting to the small scores thread so....time to catch up! It was a slower week for me but then again I wasn't really putting in the effort.

Picked up the following for $80 from a lady off facebook who was cleaning out her garage.

I didn't own any of these games.

Some random items that came with. I didn't own either of these. DuckTales is pretty rough but meh.

All are CIB except Nascar Thunder 2003 and Universal Studios which are missing the manual and Donkey Kong Jungle Beat which is sadly missing the game. Super Bubble Pop and Wrestlemania XIX are sealed. Super Mario Sunshine is a double and for trade.

This GameCube controller is in really nice shape. The 2 N64 controllers are pretty rough though especially the grey one. Also included were a set of DK Bongos I forgot to picture. Between this N64 and Super Mario Sunshine I should be able to make up what I spent easily.

Dropped $60 on these:

Blue 3DS XL is a few nicks and dents but the screens are in great shape and works like new. The DS Lite is in good condition as well. Guy listed the pair on craigslist for $75 and I talked him down to $60

Payed 0.50 each at a charity shop.

Rock Band 3 has no manual and Beatles Rock Band is CIB.

Now that I'm no longer banned from facebook groups (I posted too many ads back to back in too many groups) I should be able to get some more scores. 'til next time.

So I finally found some decent prices at Goodwill.  MetalFro should like these.

$.99 per game, GBC was $1.99.  I left a Tetris game that was $.99

Picked this up for $.99  When I picked it up, though, it felt like something was inside.

This was inside!  $.99 for the case, game, GBC, and the dual wired doohickie!  I'm guessing the person who donated it forgot it was in there and the workers never opened the zipper on the other side where these gems were located!  Anyone know what the dual wired contraption is?

Got these two lovelies today, both at a discount. My elation was cut short though when I caught a cold with some fever. Trying to rest when I wanna try these out sucks.

Got my Square-Enix package in today from their Thanksgiving Fire Sale. I learned about it just before hitting the road so I had to get to it late and missed all the Chrono Trigger and Dragon Quest DS action. All these are brand new and I spent about $30 after shipping.

I forgot to mention I had a $5 coupon so all I paid for was one of the GBC's!  I tried a bit of Q*bert and each level is differently shaped.  Of course it is a black and white game so it's hard to tell what "color" you are supposed to make the tiles.

By the time I got to their website, all the games I wanted were gone.  There were a ton I wanted, too.  Congrats on getting a pretty nice haul!

Somewhat glad I swung by my local value village tonight.

I already had Amerzone and Sentinel but these boxes are in mint condition. And Sentinel is so baller I don't mind getting all the copies ever
