@krunch - seriously jealous of that boxed copy of Fire Shark!  I love that game, and own a cart-only copy.  Would love to have it CIB someday.  I love the front cover artwork - very much a product of its time, but good artwork that really fits the game, I think.

Yeah I'm super pumped about getting it. It's one of those games that I never ever see but always wanted cause of how baller it looks.

I only posted this score in the RWX pickup thread, so thought I'd bring it over in case some of you didn't see it and because it relates to my score from yesterday.

Picked this up from a local Goodwill type store:

Got it all for $6.  I basically wanted it for King's Quest, I love that series and didn't have the game on SMS.  I don't know if the gun works.  I noticed this morning that the wires were coming out of the bottom of it.

Nice Banana that's awesome!!  I wish you luck on those two! I am still quite a ways away I am getting down to the $$$ titles now (except for a few). BUT on a good note - I am only down to 8 Saturn titles needed thanks to my buddy Scott for a gift. And the GBA game my brother one on eBay for like $10 I think.

Big money titles there. Hey, at least its doable, and they are not ultra rare, where they don't even show up anywhere

Congrats, singlebanana, on the two rare NES finds!  Awesome thrift find, shaggy! I'm a long time King's Quest fan, but have never played the SMS version, so I'm curious about how it plays. I picked up more cool stuff today, and will have pictures when I get home.

Edit: and here they are! Here is my meager take from the game store nearest me:

Here's what I found between two Goodwill stores:

And my awesome Pawn Shop score from this afternoon:

I had a pretty good day Smiley

Three charity shops, and only two items...

First up, a fake Pokémon Silver (I knew it was fake before I bought it) - £2
Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to work. The Game Boy logo comes up with the Nintendo logo underneath, but then it just gives a blank screen and no sound. Sad

Nintendo DS carry bag - £3

Well, I haven't posted any of my scores in awhile, so this is all stuff I've gotten in the mail or from flea markets over the past several months.

The NES, 2600 Jr, and Intellivision were all gifts to me from good friends that arrived in the mail.

Another shout out to crabby for my NWC Repro cart.  I've had the Uncle Tusk box sitting around for a while, now the circle is complete.
