@GrayGhost81: New Vegas is great game when patched. Have fun in the wasteland!

@Sauza12: Amazon lists them as in stock:

Pleasantly surprised at what I found in CEX.  I bought every SMS game they had (not many).
All of them have their manual (Choplifter's is a photocopy though) and some have a game catalog in them. Smiley

Last day for a video game store that is going out of business, 75% off used games.  Note how much I saved!

It's not a franchise (at least the one WI wasn't).  There is one in IL but it isn't affiliated.  Anyways, the owner's Mom died around March and than a month or two later her brother died.  She said because of that she is closing the store permanently so she can concentrate on going through the two houses and sell them. I get her point but on the other hand I would keep the shop open and have my minions run it for me for a few months.  I wonder if she got some money because of the deaths.

@Shaggy: Those are some great savings!

@mumboking: I love the SMS boxart. Action Fighter even shows you where the action is with a magnifying glass...

I received a couple more Famicom games. Thanks again Slowman!

Culdcept Saga and the Atelier Rorona art book are from 99Gamers. Then, realizing I didn't have Rorona Plus I ordered that from Gamestop.

I've been in a budget crunch lately, so I haven't any vidya scores to show off right now. However, I did find a little something-something:

At first I thought it was a laserdisc, but then discovered it was a soundtrack LP:

It's from an anime series entitled Queen Millennia. It eventually hit the American shores combined with Space Pirate Captain Harlock; the resulting amalgamation was called Captain Harlock and the Queen of a Thousand Years. The American kitbash was produced by Harmony Gold, the same outfit that put out Robotech. I recall watching it on a second-tier independent channel back in the mid-80s. Due to the show's characters and ships looking just like those in Star Blazers/Space Battleship Yamato, I thought it was some sort of continuation/spinoff based in the same fictional universe. Nope, it just happened to be created by the same gentleman, Leiji Matsumoto.

From Star Blazers / Space Battleship Yamato to Interstella 5555, I'll always gravitate towards anything and everything featuring the designs of Leiji Matsumoto. Needless to say, this pick-up was a no-brainer for me.

From the obi band to the bonus poster, this bad boy is surprisingly complete and in excellent condition. Not too shabby for $1.99, wouldn't you say?
