I went to a security conference yesterday in the "big city", so naturally, I visited as many game shops as I could, looking for good stuff.  Here are my general retro game finds:

I paid more than I wanted to for Earthworm Jim, but it's CIB, AND has a poster/ad included with it, so I figured it might be worth the money.  I was unaware that the Genesis received a conversion of Super Street Fighter II, which is odd, but that's my favorite in the series, so I'll be glad to play it on my Genesis with the fighter stick I have Smiley

Here are my Game Boy finds, including a couple games I've never heard of:

And finally, my loose manual finds, which I got for an absolute STEAL of a deal:

Hey all my brother and I went out on a day we actually had off together (last Friday) and he picked up a few things and I grabbed a couple cheap items myself (nothing over a couple of bucks).  We have been thrifting more than hitting up the chain stores around here as we have decided to cut back a little to get ahead on stuff, and I have been working on inventoring a lot more in detail, including finding more doubles and stuff to list.

So here it is -
Goodwill -
*Game Boy Color/Game Boy Pocket V3.1 GameShark - Says $2.99 got it for $0.99
*Walk It Out - $0.99
*Bayonetta - $0.99
*Dark Age of Camelot - Platinum Edition - I think my brother has every version of Dark Age of Camelot now :-P - $1.99
*World in Conflict: Soviet Assault - Sealed - $0.99

and - 2 - PS3 Sixaxis Controllers for $0.99 a piece

Salvation Army -
*Porky's The Ultimate Collection - $1.00 (I bought this)

Got some deals in the works with some our very awesome members  :-) Once I get the items I'll most definitely post it!

I know what you are thinking, "I thought Bil was selling down a bit cause of the new house, second baby, etc."  I am, lemme Splain.

I AM trimming the collection down but this machine came up locally and it was too good to pass up.  Its a Mortal Kombat 1 conversion to a Tekken Tag Tournament.  Its in amazing shape and it was a great price.  It's my first JAMMA cab so I can swap things into it if I happen across any other boards.  Just need t add a couple buttons for SF/MK play.

It's a sick addiction.

Bil: "It's was a great deal honey, I couldn't pass it up!"

Bil's wife: "It's never a great deal, it's all useless s***."

Btw congrats on the 2nd bambino Bily.

Picked up a few things over the weekend.  Here are my Goodwill finds:

The TMNT Tournament Fighters is in super rough shape, but the game shop near me has a loose cart in really good shape for $50, so $5 seemed like a good price to at least have a working copy.  And yes, that IS the Mega Man Zero collection for DS that I found at Goodwill!

Here are my pawn shop finds - particularly happy about the Breath of Fire game, as well as the Game Boy "Race Days" game, which is a 2-in-1 racing game collection of some sort.  I've never heard of it, so it will be interesting to see what it's all about.

Shadow: "But it's not in good condition..."
Shadow's Wife: "We'll fix it up. Put it in the garage."

Cheesy

If it were up to my wife, we'd have a lot more arcade machines. Still, a fighting game cab is awesome to have around if you have someone to play with.
