Vita games are region free, and for this particular game, if your System Settings are set to English, the Game will be in English too. Smiley

Putty Squad Boxed for the Amiga! drool
A follow-up to the 1992’s Amiga game Putty.

Spoiler (hover to show)
The game was like a holy grail for Amiga enthusiasts because it famously never saw the light of day despite it was completed in 1994, had good reviews, a demo and the SNES version was released on time. If you visited Amiga forums in Christmas 2013, it was a time of surprise because the original Amiga version was finally released on Christmas day, thanks to the developers System 3 and members of the Amiga community as a free digital download almost 20 years after it was supposed to have come out!

The game even got a full authentic box replica made in 2015 in 100 copies of how it looked if you had picked it up in 1994 Smiley

The Amiga version has quite the story:

Well, ahem. Nice Lunar 2. I hope to get one in that condition someday. But my chances of getting it for that price, are about as good as winning the lotto.

Moving on to my scores of late. I too, got some Working Designs games, courtesy of Lukiegames. The top three were from Crabby:

Good find with Valis III!  That has got to be the most UGLY woman of any video game box art EVER.

Welp, here's one of my latest hauls. I won all of these from trivia contests over on the Atari.io website.

Now to get an actual NES to play them on.

Sorry for falling into nearly full time lurker. I do lurk though, looking at all the shiny things you guys keep getting. If I was commenting though, seems like most of the time it would just be some iteration of, "Whoa! Neat! Nice grab!"......which I would do for like every other post in this thread.

For the most part we haven't been out looking for games. Haven't even been going to garage sales I'm sad to say. My time has been mostly taken up with boring adult stuff. Any of you know how that is? Can't stay out of it completely though, so here are a few small things and one big one for ya all to take a lookin at:

Couple of games and a cable. Sins of a Solar Empire I have on Steam but I like to collect real games too you know. Tribes 2, can't pass that up. A cable I didn't really think was that component cable for the Gamecube but as I didn't remember exactly what it looked like I grabbed it.....this is all thrift store stuff and prices to match by the way.

The Ultimate History of Video Games, actually got this a couple months ago but didn't remember to post it until I saw it a couple pages back in small-scores. The Haynes manual because someone might be getting a sweet pickup from a farm shortly.

I promised a big score. Not big like as in NWC cart or a baby or something like that. Something better.

Blinking Light Win was an awkwardly name Kickstarter.  https://www.kickstarter.c...win-resurrecting-your-nes

Got it today, and raced to put it in and be the first to post about it here.

Good thing the NES comes with a built in holder for the screws

Worked great so I fully upgraded my NES with the included stickers. Realized too late it was ironic to have this picture with the light off.

Arcade Works is making them to sell from their website:
http://www.arcadeworks.net/hardware/blw.html

While this thing is great and obviously I was willing to Kickstart it, I think of it more as an interesting mod rather than a better-than-original solution. The NES I took out from under that TV still works fine after 30ish years and will make it's way up to the game room. It will be fantastic if this new thing works that long (there is nothing to doubt that it will.) Other solutions for hard to start NESs are totally valid too.

Congrats on getting the BLW up and running! I got my tracking number on Saturday, so I hope it arrives tomorrow. As long as this one works as well as everyone says it does, I'll be ordering another when they restock for my PAL NES. Excited!

I haven't updated in awhile so this will be a big one for me.  This represents about a month and a half or so.

The Hori Mini Famicom controller and white non-analog PS1 controller came from a friend of mine; I traded 2 SNES repros for it (King of Demons and Rendering Ranger R2).

Mega Man X4, X5, X6 are replacements for me.  I sold the previous set I had in a misguided "thinning the collection" move about a year ago.  These all came from the same shop over a period of a few weeks.  X4 and X5 came on the same day and they were $25 together.  X6 came 2 weeks later and was $15.

Raycrisis came from another local store.  My roommate went and saw it there for $20 and sent me a text asking me if I wanted it.  Uh, yeah!  I didn't actually pay out of pocket for this; I traded him a copy of Monster Kingdom Jewel Summoner on PSP that I paid... $20 for.  Works for me.

The Everdrives came 2 weeks ago and they are meant to replace my cartridges which I sold in one bulk chunk about a month ago.  I actually don't regret this at all but Famicom and Famicom Disk System are now the only pre-PS1 items I collect now.

Super Mario Galaxy 2 was from Half Price Books.  For once they finally live up to their name on game prices because the other local stores want $40 for it.

I picked up The Witcher 3 brand new and am having quite a bit of fun with it.  After a loooong game drought where nothing was interesting me, this comes along and makes me enjoy my PS4 again.

Champions: Return to Arms was a *choice* thrift store grab for $4.50.

The minty clean 3DS and a roughed up GBA SP were gotten in a trade for a good chunk of my old UGC cases.  Since I sold all my cartridge games, I no longer needed the cases that I had.  I had sold some of them over a period of a few months and the 58 that were left were traded for these items.

The PC Engine controller showed up in a Facebook game trading group for $17 and I got it in the mail last weekend.  Still fresh off the plane from Japan, the controller was torn down and the plug was swapped for a DIN connector whixh the US TG16.

After our recent Shining Force community playthrough, I got my hands on a few Shining series games.  Shining Force II, Shining Soul II, and Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon.

All of the PS4 games were from GameStop through various sales/promotions.  I got Mario Party 10 on sale from Best Buy.

And last but not least is a cool lot I got from a trade with my good pal GrayGhost81.  He sent me some good obscure games that I've been trying to get my hands on for a while.
