I really thought Evercade would be another failed "retro console" when it launched but I'm happy to see it's been so successful and has a great library.

I thought so, too.  I waited a few years before picking one up to see if it would die.  They just announced to new pieces of cheaper hardware, Gigacarts, and Tomb Raider trilogy cart.

It's cool that Evercade seems to have real legs underneath it. I thought along the same lines as Bear, but it seems to have carved out its own niche.

Finds from last weekend

Haul from a semi local Game Con last Saturday. Should be #435-439 for the Genesis set.

And pickups from my local Flea Market on Sunday.

First pic is my haul from the flea market last Saturday. Strategy X was a cool find. Second pic is from a local comic shops toy sale and a few GameStops and a V-Stock. Should put me at 451 for the Genesis set.

Finds from a game con last Saturday. I was excited to finally knock Bible Adventures off the list as I've been looking for it for a while now. This should put me at 456 for the Genesis set. Also grabbed a good selection of cheap PS4 games. Found Scorn at the GameStop up there (if you see the PS5 copy, it's going for around $100 online) and MGS collection came in the mail from Woot.

Pac Man Championship 2 is a good game but hard as hell to unlock on the achievements/trophies. I think it is my best pure-skill game I have unlocked all the achievements for.
