Yes, very sad to hear of his passing.  I hope Shigeru Miyamoto will inherit the position, as another life-long gamer in that spot will hopefully mean a continued focus on good games and strong gameplay.

that's twice now that i hear of miyamoto still working there...i don't really keep up with the corporate side of gaming but i was under the impression that miyamoto had retired and was only on a sort of consultant position to give feedback? maybe something changed or i misunderstood what happened.
