Dead Rising 2 - Mechanically this is a much better game than the first. Most of the problems I had with the original were improved here, as well as having the addition of combo items and online co-op. Doesn't have the same charm as the original though. The story, setting, and characters were definitely more memorable in the first (Chuck is such a boring character). Overall, had a lot of fun with both games. Might move on to the third since I've never played it, but we'll see.

Dead Rising 3 - So I bit the bullet and started playing this. A few hours in, and I'm really not sure if I like it or not. I keep playing it though, so I guess that says something. It just feels very different from the first two games. The overall gameplay feels very different, and it has more of an open-world vibe than the first two. I'll give it some more time, maybe even finish it, but I don't think I'll come away liking it as much as its predecessors.

Dead Rising 3 - More or less finished this game. Got the regular ending, then the game froze when I was almost done with the Overtime portion so I just looked it up on YT and called it done. I really enjoyed the game overall. Took some time for me to warm up to the more open-world feel of this one, but it eventually clicked. I did get kind of burned out on the game after a while though which didn't happen with the first two.

Resident Evil 4 - I *finally* bit the bullet and started this game. I held off for a while because I thought I might get back into streaming and this seemed like a good choice for that, but honestly the streaming might still be off the table for a while. Anyway, finished Chapter 1 and got slightly into Chapter 2. I'm really enjoying it, which I had no doubt that I would. Verdict is still out though on whether I'll enjoy it more than the original, which is one of my all time favorites.

Resident Evil 2 (N64) - It's that time of the year again, so I'm starting a fresh run through my favourite survival horror game.

After beating Ori and the Will of the Wisps, I jumped into Monster Hunter: World. Never expected I would like the game as much as I do. I'm about 80 hours in and it still feels as if I'm only halfway through. My copy of the game also contains the Iceborn expansion, which I have not yet gotten to (I think).

Been working on Super Mario Bros. Wonder since it's release, and also started playing Call of Duty 2: The Big Rend One on OG Xbox a few weeks ago. Going to keep working on that for a bit as well.
