It's a pretty awesome game, one that I'll definitely go back to at some point after the competition is over. In the meantime, I've got my groove back in  Lightening Force. Made it to stage 8, and nearly reached the boss.

Yawn. I got this score with one hand tied behind my back.....while riding a unicycle...and balancing 5 tea cups on my head.....and I didn't have my contact lens in, but it doesn't matter anyway because I had my eyes closed.

I'll probably give it real try later tonight.
