The RF Gen random game picker chose Star Fox for the Snes for me to play. Lots of fun, still remember most of the enemies from childhood, and beat Andross.
9/26/14: Buy Hyrule Warriors at 9 am. Start playing at 6 Pm.
9/27/14: Finish Hyrule Warriors after playing 6 hours Friday and 11 hours Saturday.

I have all but beaten Phantasy Star IV for the Sega Genesis. All I lack is the final boss battle against The Profound Darkness, and I'll have completed it.

Last night I finished off Silent Hill 2 on the Silent Hill HD Collection. Last time I played that game I was about 15, I enjoyed it much more second time around. Now for my 50th or so playthrough of the first game and then my third ever playthrough of 3 on the HD collection.

Thought I already started a post here but I guess I haven't yet. These are the ones I remember so far.

I'll add more detail later but this is off the top of my head:
January: Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (100%)
April: Pokemon x (already beat y, did a wonderlocke)
August: Kirby Triple Deluxe (all sun stones)
Shovel knight (unlocked all upgrades)
NES Remix (all three stars except one.... I'll get it soon)
I'll add others when I remember what they were. I have a lot of games that I'm 95% through. Nasty habit of mine.

I don't recall all that I have finished in the first half of the year, but here is what I have beaten so far:
Sam & Max hit the road (PC)
Megaman(NES)
Destroy All Humans!(PS2)
Arkahm Origins (main story)(PC)
Fallout New Vegas (NCR Path and DLC)(PC)
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (3DS)

Well, I beat a few games this year, actually.
1. Comix Zone (Gen), I managed to get the sad ending twice, have yet to successfully get the good ending.
2. Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis (PC), I beat the game using the Team Path.
3. Lego: The Lord of the Rings (Wii), I completed the entire story, still working on 100% completion, though.
4. Phantasy Star IV (Gen), I only lack defeating the final boss, which I plan to do soon.

Just one game beaten so far this year:
Skylanders Trap Team
adventure mode on Moderate difficulty.
Gonna do hard mode next... but only after a fair deal of grinding. Also, I'm trying to figure out how to unlock the Unknown Element portals and capture the Unknown trappable enemies.

I don't have much I can list, but I'll share a couple victories:
DuckTales Remastered (Wii U)
Final Fantasy 7 (PS1)
The Wonderful 101 (Wii U) - SO GOOD!
I've been working on a few other games, but primarily I'm playing through Xenoblade Chronicles right now, and because of the limited amount of time I have to game, and since it's such a massive world to explore, it's taking forever. I need to go back and finally finish Sonic 2, and pick back up with Adventure Island 2 on the GB and finish it once and for all, since I've nearly beat it a couple times in the last few weeks.
EDIT: And now due to the community playthrough for the month, I can finally say I've played (and completed) Super Metroid - yay!

The Wonderful 101 was such a great game. The story and characters were so damn fun. I loved in Bayonetta 2 when she says "It appears diplomacy has failed". Man, Platinum is great.

I tried playing Wonderful 101 the other night, but I couldn't get the damn thing to do what I was supposed to do, so I turned in off in frustration after about a half hour of being stuck on the same screen. Maybe I'm just bad at games.
