Battle zombies with your keyboard in this re-made House of the Dead 2 typing instructor video game. A keyboard is necessary to play the game, but the unique experience alone is worth the purchase for many gamers.

The game features all of the levels and same intense gameplay of House of the Dead 2, which it is a spin-off of. The obvious difference between the games, though, is that the keyboard does the "shooting" in this version of the game, rather than a simple trigger.

The game does feature, aside from the traditional arcade mode (single-player or two-player co-op mode), a full typing instructor. Several lessons asist zombie-killers in attaining the skills they'll need to master the game and typing in real-world situations. Additionally, a boss attack mode is available.

• Typing of the Dead is House of the Dead 2 made into a typing instructor. Zombies and typing. Yes, really.
• In cut scenes, characters no longer hold the guns that they had in House of the Dead 2. Instead, each has a Dreamcast strapped to his/her back, and a keyboard hanging horizontally in front of them.
• A standard controller (with VMU) must be plugged into controller port C to save the game.

• Pressing CTRL + ALT + DELETE returns to the title screen.
• Pressing ALT + F12 in tutorial or drill mode will return the game to the menu screen.
