- Each of the seven warriors has secret moves to use in the battle! Activate these moves by using the right button combinations to surprise your opponent.
- Goro is using ont of his secret moves - the chest pound! He pounds on his opponents chest with his upper arms! Ouch!>
- When a player is down for the count, try your finishing move to destroy him!
- Shang Tsung has the power of a shape shifter! He can change at will into the form of any of the other fighters and will use their moves to attack you! If you defeat him, you win the game!
The Shaolin Tournament for martial arts is about to begin... and you are about to enter battlebetween the fiercest fighters the world has ever known! Shang Tsung and his pupil Goro will battle you in the final stages of this game - if you can reach thse stages! But you must face Lui Kang, Johnny Cage, Kano, Sonya Blade, Sub Zero, Rayden and Scorpion! Choose to play as one of these fighters and battle the rest! Each fighter has a secret move waiting for a surprise attack! If you can defeat all fighters, Goro and Shang Tsung, you will become Grand Champion!
