Hey everyone. My brother and I did a little shopping last week and a week before he bought a nice package off of eBay from Japan.  My brother and I ended up going to Lincoln, Nebraska last Thursday and spent a few dollars and got quite a few great things.  This is probably the best Game Hunt we have had in a long time.  First stop was Salvation Army on the way to Gamers my brother bought a PC game The Ancient Art of War At Sea complete in box for $2.00. Second stop Gamers number 1 in Lincoln.  I purchased a complete SEARS Video Arcade (Intellivision).  The box and everything is in great shape!  Paid $65.00 for it and it was a great purchase.  Along with the Intellivision. Also I bought Quake 2 complete in Box for N64 not shown in picture. I also bought a couple of strategy guides not shown in the pictures Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Rouge Spear and Fear Effect 1.  My brother purchased another item not pictured (sorry some items aren't going to be pictured they weren't around the table until after I took the shots, but if you want proof I can provide pictures LOL) he bought Persona 2 Collector's Edition for the PSP and Space Jam on Sega Saturn.  Then we were off to Best Buy and my brother got Bioshock 2 Collector's Edition for PC!  Then we went to Games 2 in Lincoln.  I bought a semi-rare PS1 game in Mint Condition Castlevania: Symphony of the Night! (Yes I bought the other PS1 Castelvania Game but will get to that later).  I also bought Ace Combat 6 Strategy Guide for Xbox 360.  My brother bought Star Ocean for PS1 and Deus Ex Human Revolution Strategy Guide.  Then we went to a place called the Gameroom in Downtown Lincoln, he bought Railroad Tycoon Deluxe for $8.00 and not even used.  Then we found out they had a second store so we went there and it was a good day for strategy guides.  I bought Romancing Saga, Tales of Vesperia, Donkey Kong 64 (with EB Games Cover), and Indiana Jones and the Emperors Tomb.  Then on the way out of town we went to a good Antique Store we bought only a couple of things my brother bought the Pac-Man card game from Milton Bradley in mind condition Copyright year 1980 and I bought the Nintendo Power for $3.00.  So that was the adventures in Lincoln. Then on our way home we stopped at CD Tradepost in Council Bluffs, I bought Three Stooges complete in Box for NES, and had Eternal Darkness for GameCube shipped from another store.
The next day we went around a few places in Omaha.  First place we went to was Barnes & Nobles I bought the two Sonic the Hedgehog Anniversary Comics, I need part one still.  Then we went to Gamers I bought the SECOND Castelvania game Castelvania Chronicles for $38.00, the ColecoVision Roller Ball Controller ($5.00), World Series Baseball 2 Sega Saturn ($4.00) and two ColecoVision Games Slither ($2.00) and Time Pilot ($2.00).  Then next up was another Strategy Guide find at Half Price Books I bought Silent Hill 1 BradyGames for $7.00, Fear Effect 2 ($3.00), and Gears of War 1 ($2.00). My brother bought SimCity 3000 and SimCity 4 Guides (The SimCity 3000 Guide is HUGE!)  Then we went to Best Buy I bought Suikoden III Previously Viewed but returned it because I already have it, bought Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep Game & Guide. Then we went on to the second Gamers by Best Buy, jackpot!  Bought Super Mario Bros. 2, Narc, Ice Hockey, Karate Champ, and Commando CHEAP GAMES! Well Super Mario was $13.00 but worth it.  All games were complete, and I got the NES Controllers Complete in Box for Free, and I purchased Eternal Darkness strategy guide.  Then my brother and I went to Nebraska Furniture Mart and he bought Catherine: Collector's Edition.  Then we went to a place called TUVA and I purchased Sonic The Hedgehog trading cards not opened for $5.00.  Then we stopped at Best Buy on the way home and my brother purchased Epic Mickey Collector's Edition 50% OFF.  Today at Best Buy my brother purchased Rage Anarchy Edition and Strategy Guide and I purchased Ace Combat Joint Assault for 50% OFF.

The other day my brother purchased a bunch of Famicom Games from Japan.  The jewel of them all MOTHER! This game is Earthbound in the USA but having this copy on the Famicom in your collection is a must for any collector.  The other games were Kanshaku Tamanage Kantarō no Tōkaidō Gojūsan-tsugi (yes very very long title), Super Xevious (Gold Cartridge), Family Mahjong 2, Battle Fleet (Those Namco Games for Famicom came in sweet cases), another copy of Ultima - Seija heno Michi, another copy of Tetris, Wrecking Crew, Marusa no Onna, Momotarou Densetsu: Peach Boy Legend. Then on Monday my brother bought BC Racers for 32x Brand New! We only have two more games to go to complete our 32x Collection.  Hope you all enjoyed this great game hunt blog.  Pictures are posted on here as well.  Please respond to blog thanks.

Hey everyone these are a few items my brother and I purchased.  We have some more so keep an eye out for some blogs.  Also we are going down to Lincoln, Nebraska this week to hit up a few places on top of getting a few things here and on eBay.  So the few items that will be pictured one of them is a Nintendo Club Item which is the "?" Box.  It is a Super Mario Bros. Character's statue.  This item is very cool and can catch a good price my brother pulled it in a good price on eBay.  Then there is Theme Park for DOS yeah that's right DOS!  We got it for $1.00 at Salvation Army!  Then the Coleco Colotron! This is the second Coleco Plug-in item from the 70's my brother and I have gotten. The item is in MINT condition and probably has never been used, $4.00 yes that's right folks FOUR DOLLARS not FORTY or Fourteen--FOUR!!! It has the manual and everything.  The next item is a pack of Micro Adventures Books for the PC full pack for $8.00 at Half-Price Books.  Then what I think is the best pull is the Golden Sun Dual Strategy guide for both games on GBA AND WITH THAT purchase it also came with both GBA GAMES carts Only, but it's all good, we already have Golden Sun 1 complete in box.  ALL of those for $25.00 on eBay! The next item up is P.T.O II for Sega Saturn complete mint condition in Box on eBay for $7.00.  Okay take back the previous statement on the Golden Sun as great pull.  The next two items are also very nice.  The next one is the complete TETRIS Family on FAMICOM!  We have Tetris, Tetris 2 (NOT THE SAME AS TETRIS 2 in the USA) and TETRIS FLASH (Which is our Tetris 2 here in America).  The next item is a MINT CONDITION BRAND NEW Breath of Fire 2 Strategy guide by Prima, we have two of this guide and this is the best one yet! CAN sell on eBay for a hefty price.  I love this book it is amazing and very very beneficial to beating the game 100 percent.  The final item is Sim Classics or Maxis 2 Collection. It comes with Sim City Classic, SimEarth and SimFarm.  This is 100 percent complete even has the huge instruction manual.  My brother got his at Goodwill Bytes (an electronics spin off from Goodwill) for a big whopping $2.00! OH BONUS ITEM! Thought it was over huh?  Well the last picture is of Prince of Persia Sands of Time Movie Trailer played before Toy Story 1 and 2 3D and various other movies before it came out.  How I got this you might ask?!?! Well my brother used to work for Star Cinema, well now AMC, that's how we got it.  Anyone else have anything like this?!?!?

Now folks here are the pictures.  I will have a picture of the statue out of the box soon just not on this blog.

Hey everyone third post of the day! Been a while since I have done that (wait have I ever posted three, hmmm o well).  My brother and I have done some shopping and we purchased a few cool items.  The first one was SimEarth on SNES for $1.98 which is pretty cheap, the cartridge is in great condition no tears on the label and no markings.  My brother has a ton of points in Club Nintendo SO to add to the collection of our Legend of Zelda items he bought the Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D Soundtrack, WHICH can only be purchased through CLUB NINTENDO! (You don't have points in the club GET SOME!!!)  The CD is new never opened and NEVER will be opened.  He also bought Records of Agarest War Zero Limited Edition (too add to our huge collection of Collector's, Limited, and Special Editions).  Today we went to CD Tradepost in Bellevue, NE.  We found a few nice items one was Atari VIDEO PINBALL complete in box!!! It was only $35.00! Then we also bought Alien Vs. Predator Extinction which is a pretty good game and can be quite costly but we bought it at $17.00.  Also we purchased the Halo: The Essential Visual Guide from Borders (which is going out of business) for $13.00.  He purchased the Art of Halo brand new from Half Price Books for $8.00 and it is selling new on Amazon for $45.00.  So hope you all enjoyed this post and here are a few pictures.  Also a few weeks back we purchased complete in box Atari 2600 Paddles in box for $4.00.

Another item that my brother has purchased is this mint condition guide of Legend of Zelda: Tips and Tactics.  This guide is pretty rare and he bought it off eBay off a girl who didn't have a clue what she was selling.  One guy is selling this guide on eBay right now for $75.00 BUY IT NOW price.  This guide is complete even with the map/legend included.  This guide is full of amazing pictures to help anyone who loves this game with the tools needed to complete this game (well me I just used the Game Genie).  This guide is a great addition to our strategy guide collection and big add to our collection of Zelda items.

Hey everyone! Been a while since I have posted about our eBay chronicles.  I just moved back from Florida because the job market is very hard down there.  BUT WHILE I WAS AWAY my brother kept on eBay shopping.  For a purchase of $40.00 he bought 36 SUPER FAMICOM games in their boxes all but one is complete with instructions.  Some of the popular titles would include Sim City Jr., P.T.O. II, Romance The Three Kingdoms III, Super Baseball II and some others.  This collection is awesome and definitely adds to the great import collection we have started.  The Super Famicom as is the SNES is one of the best systems ever made (Sorry Sega Fans) the system especially in Japan had hundreds of titles and our new addition is only a small percentage of games to come.  Hope you all enjoy please leave comments and here are some pictures with some descriptions.
Also in another eBay purchase he bought two ULTIMA Famicom Games complete in Box!

Hey there everyone!  My brother and I went to Gamers here in Omaha last week and bought a bunch of Intellivision Games! Yeah I know not a huge library of games & it was in not even comparable to Atari 2600 or ColecoVision at it's time of arrival.   We own a bunch of games out of their boxes but yet this tops the cake, a bunch of games in their boxes.  Some of these games we bought are quite rare like USCF Chess, Scooby-Doo's Maze and Q*Bert (yes its kind of rare according to digitpress.  We also bought the IntelliVoice for only $6.95 its not pictured but we bought it along with quite a few games in their boxes all at $0.95 a piece!!!!
Well hope you all enjoy the pictures if you have any questions or want to chat about video game collections hit me up!

Hey Everyone! Two Blogs Today.  First one of the new Nick and Steve's Game Hunt eBay Series.  Today I am showing you the great value of the SIMPSONS! I mean who doesn't love them.  Well my brother does a lot.  He has everything Simpsons.  This would have to be one of the best items he has bought not just for the Simpsons but for our Video Game Collection.
He bought Bartman Meets Radioactive Man on the NES BRAND NEW!!!! For $45.00 you think that's a lot?  Well no it isn't when some are selling this difficult game to find for over $160.00 new!  This guy he bought it from on eBay lost a lot of good games in bids that were new and factory sealed.  My opinion you want money from eBay do BUY IT NOW instead of bidding.

Well here it is Factory Sealed Brand New Great Addition to Our Collection

Here is the second of the eBay series tonight.  I think I might of mentioned about my brother and I buying a lot of Sega 32x Games on eBay the other day. But maybe not.  Well as I was on eBay about a week ago I saw this lot of games and what was on top probably the second most expensive game on the Sega 32x WORLD SERIES STARRING DEION SANDERS!!!! This game retails just cart in range from $40 to $60 i have seen and cart and manual for $70 and higher.  Well we got this game and 4 others for $80.00!!! World Series is in excellent condition easily worth over $100.00.  This game was very underrated and limited released when it came out to do the untimely death of the Sega 32x.  A great system but bulky.  The other games COMPLETE in box are Mortal Kombat II, Metal Head, Star Wars Arcade and NFL Quarterback Club.  My brother and I are only missing a few of the 32x Cart games and CD Games like Night Trap.   Well here are the picture any questions just ask!

Well everyone here is the third and final post for the day, MAYBE!!! I am working on a few little things in my collection and if I see something I might post about I will lol.  Anyways, my brother bought Final Fantasy XI Complete With Hard Drive for the PS2.  Now if only I can get my hands on a Network Adapter.  This is a pretty cool item it comes with the game WHICH IS NEW SEALED!!! Everything is in mint condition.  He bought it for $16.50 and that is a steal ha!! I've seen some sellers sell this for more.  This game unfortunately is a paid subscription but being a big fan of RPG's we had to have it.  We are also going to be buying the Special Edition of Final Fantasy 14 eventually, even though we won't play because I don't like paying monthly to play games.  But another nice addition to the collection.  Final Fantasy XI is a game that is still being played very much today online.  My friend has played under many different characters with many different jobs.  He has MAXED out all is characters and still has many of the side quests to do in all the many different territories and game expansions.   Well here is the pictures hope you enjoy.

Hey everyone!  I will now be posting two different types of Game Hunts - The Traditional Nick and Steve's Game Hunt and the all NEW Nick and Steve's Game Hunt Series!!! So this is how it is the regular Game Hunt Series will be posted when we get items at stores, garage sales and flea markets, kind of like NES_Rules Treasure Hunt Chronicles series which has pretty much inspired me to do the two series I have started.  I hope to see my series published on the homepage of RF Generation as I am a huge fan of the website and would like to contribute more to the Gaming Community.  Well all that said and done.   I am going to post two new eBay Hunts today.  The First is the SEGA GAME GEAR TV TUNER!!! YES correct they did have one ladies and gentleman for those who don't remember, which I am sure most of you do Wink Well anyways my brother and I have been doing some great shopping on eBay and building our collection very fast with not just games but odds and ends.

The SEGA TV Tuner was a great addition back in the day when it was released on the Game Gear because so many people wanted a portable TV and this was an easy way to make one.  As people bought these they became more rare and hard to find.  We find them occasionally on eBay or at stores such as Gamers here.  But to find it in the box is pretty hard to find in good condition, sadly no instructions, note that on the back it pretty much looks like the instructions.  So MAYBE there wasn't any who knows.  Well I am sure some of you do.  So let me know.  Anyways these things are pretty much useless now as the TV situation has turned to digital and no longer analog.  BUT still pretty cool to have in a collection.  Anyways, here are the pictures enjoy. Any questions just ask and please post.  Thanks.

Well here is the second of the NEW Nick and Steve's Game Hunt - eBay series.  AND I just got a package in the Mail from another eBay so instead of 2 Blogs you get THREE! Maybe more tomorrow.  Hope you all liked the view of the TV Tuner. It's a pretty cool item.  Now this next blog is about the good old Nintendo Player's Guides.  NO not Nintendo Power but YES you could get them through Nintendo Power.   These cool guides that were released had many different objectives like walkthroughs, descriptions and maps!!! Well we bought a few on eBay and before you know it we have almost a complete collection, except missing a few rare ones.  These magazines you could only get through sending in mail order card packaged in NES released games or through Nintendo Power.  There are a few pretty rare Player's Guides out there like Earthbound or Chrono Trigger.  But in this lot my brother bought he received them from a lady who was selling women's shoes!!! Yes that is correct ha.  Well he obtained a couple of rare ones!!! Final Fantasy III and The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening for the Original Game Boy. The other two guides we now have two copies of the Game Boy one which is about a good amount of Game Boy Games that have walkthroughs, hints and a game directory.  The other double we have is the Top Secret Passwords guide which entails codes for NES, Game Boy and SNES.  Well if you have any questions you know where to find me. Here are the pictures enjoy!

Hey Everyone! I promised a second post and here it is. OUR VERY OWN SPECIAL EDITION COLLECTION in OUR Collection.  My brother and I as you know collect odds and ends in our collection. We have a ton of Special Edition games and it keeps growing with release of new games that have Special Editions, like HALO:REACH we already have the Legendary Edition on pre-order, and my brother is also thinking about getting the Limited Edition HALO:REACH XBOX360, we already have the HALO 3 Edition, but why not more huh?!?! Most of the games are pretty recent, the oldest one in the photos is the Collector's Edition of Legend of Zelda: Orcarina of Time on the N64.  I bought that game for $10.00 at CD Tradepost a few years back, sells for pretty decent on eBay.  The Special Edition Collection is one of our prized aspects in our collection, we have spent a lot of money on these and continue to do so to grow and expand and hopefully someday have the biggest "SPECIAL EDITION" Collection in the hobby.  The pictures below will have descriptions on what games are listed in there. SO!! Enjoy and don't drool please, its embarassing.

HEY EVERYONE!!! This is going to be the first entry of my brothers' and mine Game Hunt.  Also I will be posting pictures of our collection on my collection page.  My brother and I went out shopping for his birthday today (which his b-day is actually tomorrow).  We went to a place we haven't been for a while and we used to go there all the time.   This place usually has some pretty good deals, we know the guy personally, on a first name basis.  We walked in looked around and then my brother waved me over to look at some stuff laying on the counter.  And my eyes lit up!! Some of this stuff we have never seen before.  Except for the Turbo Grafx Games.   Keep reading down, I have posted info on each picture on the find.  The Total Bill was $45.00 ON ALL OF THIS!!! (Except Time Gal was separate it was $25.00 in great condition). HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BROTHER!!!

We also have Japanese systems and lot of cool video game related items. Check out our blogs from time to time because we "score" a lot at our video game stores, flea markets, and of course eBay.
