hello everyone.  I know we can't add Pirate carts to our game libraries but I thought I would blog about one rare one in particular.  Well my brother and I did some game hunting a while back and we came across this cartridge the USA NES version of the 76-in-1 cartridge.   I went home looked it up online and you can't find the NES version anywhere.  The only cart on eBay was the Famicom version all in Japanese of course.  Pirate carts are pretty cool they have games that hacks or they are the original versions of games released on the system.  There are rumors floating around that there is an SNES or Super Famicom Pirate Cart that has a lot of games on it as well.  I am going to include a picture of Dragon Ball Z 3 in the form of an SNES Cartridge.  Its actually in Spanish but the game has never been released in the USA, its kind of cool.  But anyways here are the pictures, enjoy and if you have any information on either one of these carts that would be useful let me know.

Pretty cool carts.  I guess the "SPANISN" on the game is supposed to mean Spanish, lol. Smiley

Fun Fact #1:
DBZ 3's Part # is for Terminator.

Ya that was what I guessed. I have the game on Super Famicom lol, I think they put the chip inside a regular snes cart and made a label and a box its pretty cool, works on the SNES and everything!

Shadow: Thanks for the fun fact! Got anymore.  What about the UPC? I think that is for something else.

@GamerNick:
Wow, that took a while to properly track down (and none of this stuff is in the database!).

The UPC is from NHL '98 for the SNES.

The weird part is that the first 6 numbers of the UPC determine the publisher. Even though the NHL franchise is developed by EA Canada and published by Electronic Arts, NHL '98 for the SNES was published by THQ! I had to double-check to make sure.

@Shadow Kisuragi:
Fun Fact #3:
It looks like the legal text is stolen from a Flair Software/Titus game released on the SNES (Oscar, Whizz or Realm).

Fun Fact #4:
The title and images are from Dragon Ball Z Super Butouden 3. It was released as Dragon Ball Z: Ultime Menace in Europe (and hence, probably the "Spanisn" text).

Wow Shadow thanks for all the great info. The box is in good condition I mean it looks so real and the cart is immaculate except i did notice that the title on the cartridge is not at the top like all other SNES games.  But it's a pretty sweet find I found the game on eBay a few years back and only spent like 10 bucks on it.  The 76-in-1 cart costs me $80.00 but clearly I would think its worth more than that.

I don't think pirate multi carts are generally worth that much...

Those are pretty sweet though!

I think the DBZ is cooler than the multicart personally

@Izret101: It might just depend on the particular pirate cart. Just look at the Myriad and Caltron 6-in-1 carts. While most pirates aren't worth much, those are worth quite a bit, and one is a lot more than the other.

I have a "Megacom" 76-in-1 that I love, it actually has 76 different games, some of which weren't released in the US or are very rare here. And the translations are always good for a good laugh, like "Millepecle" or "Big Apes 3".

Hey everyone. My brother and I have collected a lot of games throughout the years. We have a huge collection of games spanning from Pong Systems to the most recent systems. We also have Japanese systems and lot of cool video game related items. Check out our blogs from time to time because we "score" a lot at our video game stores, flea markets, and of course eBay.
