November is set to be one heck of a month for video game companies. With the economy in a, well, let's face it, bad situation, game companies are banking on the holiday season to fill their coffers for one more year. Here is just a short list of what is expected to be released next month:

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception - 11/01
Sonic Generations - 11/01
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 - 11/08
LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7 - 11/11
The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - 11/11
Assassin's Creed Revelations - 11/15
Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary - 11/15
Need for Speed: The Run Limited Edition - 11/15

Mind you, this is the short list for games being released next month. Keep a look out for reviews and other information as it comes in to the site!

Love the Gir avatar.
How many of those do you think will end up in the collection by the end of the year?

at least LEGO Harry Potter -one JP will be mad without it.

Skyrim is guaranteed as well.

Fair - I am looking forward to Halo: Combat Evolved and Need for Speed

What's this?!

No mention of the stateside release of Super Mario Land 3D on November 13th?!

You, sir, -- or whatever you are-- should be ashamed of yourself for that oversight!

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm gonna go to my room, lie on my bed, and get all sulky and drama-queeny over this emotionally damaging outrage--

-- oh, dude! The UPS guy just dropped off the Nerf gun I ordered offa Amazon last week!

Now I can deal some aerated polyurethane death to those pesky back yard cats FULL AUTO, BABY!!!

Ummm... what were we talking about again?

I'm only really interested in three games that are coming out (or have come out, in Batman's case) for the rest of the year; Skyrim, AssCreed Revelations, and Arkham Asylum.  Granted, I'll probably play Uncharted and possibly Need for Speed, but I don't think I'll end up buying them.

I agree with Shadow, though.  Awesome Gir!

I have Uncharted 3 Collector's Edition paid off and now just waiting.  My brother has Elder Scrolls Collector's Edition bought and paid for and waiting.  We both have Halo on the top of our lists, and Super Mario Land 3D (well for my brother).

@Zagnorch P. Welinskivich II, Esq.:
That's my wife, so I hope she's a woman. Otherwise, who the hell have I been with for 10+ years?!
Also, handhelds don't count. Smiley

@Shadow Kisuragi:

That's my wife, so I hope she's a woman.

I sure hope so too, for your sake.

Otherwise, who the hell have I been with for 10+ years?!

Well, if you ever find out... ;p

Also, handhelds don't count. Smiley

But... but three of the mentioned titles will have handheld versions released alongside their console brethren! Don't they rate at all? You elitist, you...

@blcklblskt: Hee heee... AssCreed.

@GamerNick: We both have Halo on the top of our lists, and Super Mario Land 3D (well for my brother).

Wink-wink, nudge-nudge.

@Zagnorch P. Welinskivich II, Esq.:
Don't have time for handheld gaming, so it's off the radar for me. Enjoy it all you want, however. Smiley

Too many albums/movies/games are being released on 11/11/11

@Chad: Agreed!!! It was just like when people got married on 07/07/07...it's a number people! Lol :p

It's a really interesting look at the game

Need for Speed, Sonic and Saint's Row will all be joining the collection...
