Since well before I decided to take on Romance of the Three Kingdoms I started playing the well known baseball game Bases Loaded. It never occured to me it would take as long or longer that the epic KOEI title to actually beat it though. Well if I would have read the manual a little better I would have known you have to win 80 games our of a 132 game season in order to declare victory.
I wont know which title I invested more time in until I get a chance to edit together the both of them, but right now my money is on Bases Loaded by a hair. It took me 85 games to win the Penant, but at least its done.
I meant to bring my newly aquired Assimilate cart along with me to try out after I finished Bases Loaded, but I mistakenly grabbed another new cart I had set next to it, The Addams Family Pugsleys Scavenger Hunt. Oh well why not give that one a go. After about an hour this very bland game was done. The entire game seemed to be absent of music. It was very odd and I'm curious to know if my opinion of "bland" would change at all if there was some tunage added to the experience.
Future Plans - I also attempted some Time Lord tonight, but it seems there is a glitch on the third stage boss that makes him invulnerable. I hit it three times in a row, so I'm going to have to figure out how to work around that to progress.
