This is one of the few times when my future plans were made a reality. I started the night off with Roller Games. Its a surprisingly fun game. Its like a fast paced beat em up, with some levels having a strong focus on platforming or dodging obstacles. Out of all the games for this challenge that I wasnt familiar with so far, this one is probably my favorite. The last couple levels have some pretty challenging platforming parts, but they are not broken just challenging. And unlimited continues makes it not so bad either. A person could easily beat the game in less than 30 minutes, but because of all my deaths in the last 2 levels it took me just over an hour.
Stuck in some Widget next. I've been looking forward to checking this game out for a long time now. It was pretty disapointing. Its not that its bad, its just so mediocre in every way. Plus for an alien he has the worst weapon ever, even when its at full power. Before its at full power it might as well be a knife instead of a gun. It took several tries to figure out how to proceed. After the first stage your given the option to choose the next 3 levels in any order. Problem is that you need to complete some stages before others in order to unlock new abilities to help you traverse specific stages. After a little trial and error I was able to figure out the route and get moving. The game is super short and fairly easy when you know what to do.
Still need a new free screen capture program if anyone is aware of a decent one. I dont need anything fancy, just something that will reliably capture a specific region. Or even a whole screen and then allow me to crop it afterwards.
Future Plans - Craving some Tiny Toon Adventures now. I used to own the first one as a child, but was never quite able to conquer the last level. Its about time I take it down.
I'm still looking for a copy of Bucky O'Hare. I used to love the show as a kid, and even had some of the figures. Cant wait to score a copy.
Thanks for the link Duke! I'll definitely give it a go soon.
