The Ultra Pak memory card, like all High Frequency products, was released exclusively in Toys "R" Us stores. It shares the same form factor as Mad Catz' x4 and x16 memory cards, but comes in a clear shell. Like the Mad Catz cards, the Ultra Pak also has two arrow-shaped buttons and an LCD screen, and also includes a memory card case and label. Although the package calls this memory card an "Ultra Pak", there is no branding on the memory card.
