The artcell was given away with pre-orders at Gamecrazy. They are very limited and numbered, only 2000 were made. The lithographs were given away with Tales of Symphonia pre-orders through GameStop and EB Games. There were reports of a shortage of EB Games lithographs, which is probably why they tend to sell for more than the GameStop one. Basically they are mini-posters printed on light cardboard that is slightly stronger than posterboard but equally as thick.
