I literally was going to mention Leslie Nielsen as my answer earlier but I got distracted never left my reply, lol, I am a 1990 kid and that was the first I really knew of Mr. Magoo was his version. Even today I don't think its as bad as what some people think and he is probably the best actor that they could have picked to do that character.
