Okay, I have an off-topic question for you Michigan people that this auction made me think of.  The Demon Turkey is in Grand Rapids.  Strange connection, but I'm trying to remember the name of a little town that my Greyhound bus stopped in between Flint and Detroit.  If I remember right, it was the only stop between Pontiac and Detroit, and it was ____ Oak or something.  Was it Grand Oak perhaps?  Anyone know?  It looked like a kind of nice place to be.

I'm not to up on the layout of the cities in this state, but there is a Grand Oaks, a Royal Oak and Northern Oak.  There are probably more, but I can't remember.  If Den or Tynstar don't know, I'll look it up on my companys GPS system.

Royal Oak is a nice little town.  Nothing special, but it's a nice place to go with your girlfriend if you have nothing to do.

Yeah, I wouldn't want to live there or anything, but it looked like the kind of place to do exactly what you suggested.  The possibility of taking a day trip there with my girlfriend was why I was trying to figure out the name, actually.

The last time Ozzfest was in town, Ozzy was wandering the streets in Royal Oak.  It caused a little rukus down there.

I've got a buddy that lives in Royal Oak. They do have a nice little downtown strip. A tad snobby but not too bad. There's a big parking structure in town that they have a huge flea market in one weekend every summer.
