It was at the TRU at Seven Mile and Middlebelt across from Livonia Mall.  If you want I can grab you a copy and we can meet up somewhere.

I use to go to that store as a kid. Did you stop at Big Boys right there to get some food? If it is still there that is.

the Livonia TRU used to be a weekly stop for me. right after I picked up my comic books at Classic Movie and Comic Center.

Another store I use to shop at. I bought a Uncanny X-Men #1 there long long ago.

Based on what I am reading it appears a trip to TRU is in store for me tomorrow.  I hope they have the same deal going on in my area!

@ Bum-man, from what I've seen and heard it's a chain wide sale.  They should have it at any stores near you.

@Tynstar that Big Boys is sadly long gone.  Sad  There is a Firestone in it's place now.  On the bright side Peranis is now in the old Kids R Us building.  2500 square feet of hockey goodness  inlove

The sign said 50% off but everything ran up at 70%.  They didn't have much left but I picked up all the DC titles they had, I don't have a system to play them on but I couldn't resist the prices.  Here's what I got:

WS Baseball 2K1 - $1.50
Bass Fishing - $1.50
Virtua Tennis - $1.50
South Park: Chef's Luv Shack - $2.25
Tony Hawk Pro Skating - $3.00

I also picked up a DC RF Adaper for 59 cents and a N64 Power Supply for $1.75.

Between this and some finds in the WILD (including a Panasonic 3DO FZ-1 with 2 Controllers and Star Control 2 game for $10.00) this has been a good year so far.

Yeah, I gotta agree with you there.  The year isn't even a week old and I have already got 20 games.

btw, I got more stuff from TRU myself (I can't stop....).  I grabbed them when I was buying Den's game.

Sega Bass Fishing Greatest hits version (DC)
NFL 2K3 (Xbox)
Indiana Jones and the Emporers Tomb (Xbox)
all for about $15.

I only got a chance to go to one TRU over the weekend and got

MLB 2003 (PSX)
MLB 2004 (PSX)
Triple Play Baseball (PSX)
Reel Fishing - greatest hits(PSX)
Grand Theft Auto 2 - greatest hits (PSX)
Space Invaders (GBA)

All this for a grand total of $13.  According to my reciept I saved $116.  Not too shabby.  I'm probably going to go back and grab an armful of guides.  from what i saw, they shouldn't be more than .80 cents a piece.
