Just got done watching Thank You For Smoking (from Netflix) ...... probably one of the best movies I've seen this year....maybe ever....

Oh man i wanted to see that so bad.
Now i have a good review which gives me more reason to hunt it down.

Yeah, the first time I watched it I thought it was just OK.  The second time I watched it, it was freeking hilarious.   Good movie.

I highly recommend it! Love the dry, dark humor in it.

I watched The Omen last night. The original, not the remake. First time I'd seen it all the way through.

Wayne's World DVD upscaled by my 360 to my PC monitor.

I had forgotten what a good film it was.

Over the weekend Gabi was here, so, we watched some Netflix's rentals....

M:I:III (Mission: Impossible III) & Wimbledon

Both pretty good, predictable flicks.

Some show about how shitty it is to be a Chimp and get AIDS and be tested on in various labs and killed and what not.

Hopefully something better starts in 9 mins.

Watched Kingpin and Xmen3: the Last Stand over the weekend. X3 exceeded my expectations...it was very good. And I loved the ending (definitely watch past the credits).

Kingpin was good, too, but not the Farrelly brothers's best work, imo. Randy Quaid was great as the Amish guy, though. Hokey ending, but definitely worth seeing.

There's a programme about parole on BBC. Apparently 45% of people in prisons can't read or write. I can't comprehend how people can go for forty years without being able to read.

There's some foreign guy who's been in prison for nineteen years and still can't speak English.

And that's why we love it.

I just rented the first season of Rome. Looks good. Also have been watching 24 with my sister, we're about halfway through the second season.
