I watched the Incredibles last night.  I was kind of suprised at how violent it was for a kids movie, but it was still sweet.

Caught the tail end of a show about UFOs on the History Channel.
Watched the first 10 or so minutes of a show about Women Inventors also on the History Channel.

I watched this movie last night called Man on Fire it was pretty good. Some people i was watching it with thought it was kinda drawn out but i thought it kept it more indepth than just go kill these people for revenge.
I found out at the end it was based on real events which made it just that much better because it was definately movie material/

well, the last tv show i was really into was Tilt (saw all the episodes), now there isnt anything great that i need to see, i just watch whatever....mainly movies....my most recent DVD purchase was Saw and i think ill watch the passion of the christ this week since easter is comin up

Last night i watched a show on The Worlds Strongest Boy.
I don't remember his full name but it was Richard something ne was from Ukraine.
I am sure people have heard about him already. It was pretty big in the news for awhile.

It was definately interesting. He was pound for pound the strongest human there was.
At i think 7 years old he weighed 70 pounds and could lift 210. He was not only strong and had a great physique(sp?) but knew martial arts and was very limber.

I was dozing last night while watching this show about "The HIdden Treasures of Afghanastan" What i saw was pretty cool. They were talking about how some arab guys hid film negatives behind a wall because the Taliban was destroying it as well as other old paintings and sculptures.

They also were showing a archeologist who was searching for this ancient sleeping buddah thing that was almost 1000 feet long and he ended up uncovering part of it right where it had been described by some monk who had seen it 1000+ years ago.

It was pretty interesting to hear some of it. Like they believe that when judgement day comes their Allah will say to everyone who made art in the form of living things "You have competed with me now give it a soul."

Just saw Sin City.  That is one kick-ass movie, highly recommended.  That was $8.50 well spent.

I just watched The Office for the first time.  That show is hysterical.  Its humor is kind of like Reno 911, which just happens to be one of my favorite shows.  I'll definitely be watching next week.

It is real good so far.

Over the last week or so at school i watched.
Ghandi which surprised me becuase i thought it was pretty good. Martin Sheen was in it and was good too. I didn't see the whole thing though becuase the movie is so long. Only about 1.5-2 hours.

Another good onme  was Mr. Smith Goes to Washington it was a really good film about corruption in politics. It came out the same year as Wizard of Oz and Gone with the Wind. From what i understand Congress did not like it at all and actually did not want it to be shown in theaters because of it portrayal of politicians. It was nominated for an Academy award (which gone with the wind won) but lost because of the controversy around it.

Yes, Ghandi was a great movie.  It is very long though.  I recommend renting it and seeing all of it though, as it is well worth it.
