FWIW, you can always use proxy bidding in those cases. It's a little more expensive, but at least it means someone will ship it to you.
Have you thought to ask Madir to pick it up for you?

Also, if needed, I can likely find a site to get you a copy. When researching stuff for the DB, I tend to find the most obscure auction and shopping sites.

I haven't asked Madir, but if I don't get any leads I will. The one on German eBay doesn't include a picture of the actual cart, so hopefully I'll be able to track one down that I can verify before spending all the money on postage. If you run across a copy for sale, let me know.
