Not an error per say but I have a game for the Atari 2600 called Race. The big label says Auto Racing and it is Tele-games 14. I’ve done a search in the database for race, auto racing, telegames, tele-games, and 14 and none of these give me a hit so I figured it’s not in the database. I tried adding it and it says it is already in the database. Is someone able to find this for me?

Yes, that one. How in the world did you find it? This isn’t the first time where I’ve run a search for a game I have and the search comes up empty, then I go to add it to the database and it says it’s already there.

I just pulled up all Atari 2600 games and went to the R's. I did do a search via main search page, selected Atari 2600 and put in Race as the title and it came up also.

Legend of Heroes, The: Trails of Cold Steel III [Early Enrollment Edition]
I just received my UK version from the NISA Europe online store, but there's a version just like it (EDIT: except the EAN) already in the DB although without any scans.
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=E-215-S-05880-A
Somebody with access to it should be able to tell for certain but from googling the EAN I get a bunch of french and dutch hits so it looks like that print might not be limited to just the UK.

We dont concern ourselves too much with where the variants were actually sold. It would create a massive headache and just wouldnt work.
However we try not to do generic Europe as the site would end up like all the other sites on the internet that dont track European variants at all. So generally we use box languages to determine the country. Ie English = UK, French = France etc.
So regarding the release you mention, if the language is English only then just leave it as UK. If it has French and Dutch on the box with equal prominence then add France and Netherlands

Yeah, I usually go by languages on the inlay and my own copy received yesterday from the NISA European online store is currently in the submission cue. Got a whole bunch of games in my order and they're all UK english only - Problem is that the version already in the db (
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=E-215-S-05880-A
, EAN 0810023033240) was already set to UK english only without any pics so I had to give mine one of those weird variation titles. I guess without any scans of the previously submitted version my print will have to keep the weird variant title, I just have my suspicions that the old one isn't UK exclusive. No way to tell for sure tho =P too bad I can't find any scans with that EAN on eBay.

I get you.
I managed to find an image of the back of this other version (EAN ending in 240). It has both English and French on the back. Not sure what the market is as both a pure English exists (yours) and pure French. It's probably a kind of generic release that can be put out in a number of smaller countries.
I've added yours as the main UK release

I can't find any evidence that a Majesco version of Game Gear X-Men exists.
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=U-045-S-02540-A
Not listed on Sega Retro either:
https://segaretro.org/X-Men_(Game_Gear
)
Done, I couldn't find any evidence either.

Most of my submissions have been approved but have a few that have been sitting in limbo for quite some time.
Wonder if I did something wrong with these? Have submitted after and others have gotten approved.
All Switch Games, all regions other than USA:
Record of Lodoss War: Deedlit in Wonder Labyrinth
デススマイルズ I・II[Deathsmiles I & II]
魔犬大騷亂 (中/英文版)[Super Cane Magic ZERO]
Trigger Witch
Kowloon High-School Chronicle
Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water
DEEEER Simulator: Your Average Everyday Deer Game
Smashing The Battle

Really late catch here but I once submitted this release -
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=E-095-S-03310-A
It came with a buncha bonuses but I didn't give it any variant name for editions because it didn't say so, other than on a sticker on the wrapping. I used to be more reluctant to use the variant name feature if a release looked like it was the only edition available. Even when they call it "Day One Edition" or something like that (for example
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=U-189-S-01100-A
).
Anyway, another user did add a version with the same EAN and called it the CE and I think that's a double and should be deleted -
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=E-095-S-03310-B
Also I should probably add "Collector's Edition" to the first version.

Hi, I am trying to submit a title and get this error message:
"
mySQL Error
Edit Code: Field 'RELATED_GAMES' doesn't have a default value Query: INSERT INTO submit_games (TITLE, VAR_TITLE, ALT_TITLE, VAR_TYPE, CONSOLE, COUNTRY, YEAR, PART, BARCODE, DEVELOPER, MANUFACTURER, TYPE, SUBGENRE, PLAYERS, CONTROLLER, MEDIA_FORMAT, MEDIA_SIZE, MEDIA_QUANTITY, RATING, RATING_DESCRIPTOR, NAME, USERNAME, SUBMITTYPE, SUBMITID, NOTES) VALUES ('Madden NFL 22', '', '', '4', '215', 'US', '2021', '', '014633741926', 'EA Tiburon', 'Electronic Arts', 'Sports', '', '', '', '--Select a Media Format--', '', '1', '|2|', '|52|', 'n64ra', 'n64ra', 'add', '6163959286256fb9f6186f3.78281661', '')
"
I don't see what I am doing wrong or a filed named RELATED_GAMES. Please help! Thanks
Edit: It was also a challenge to get this message posted. I received several database error messages before I noticed that this had posted that looked like this:
"

Site went though an upgrade on the backend and there are some lingering issues. Check out the post on the front page

I was adding a bunch of stuff to this release here -
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=E-240-S-00370-A
before realizing it's actually a double of this release here -
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=E-240-S-00380-A
that was admitted later into the db. I'd suggest deleting mine, the second entry. Also they're both strictly french releases, even if they're distributed more widely than that.

I created a variation for Wyvern Tales for the Atari Lynx here:
http://www.rfgeneration.c...nfo.pl?ID=E-038-S-00021-A
Since I created a variation from the original, the region is showing Europe. The game was developed in Europe I believe and it was originally published in Europe I think. The variation I created was published by Songbird Productions, which is an American company. Should the region be changed? Can it even be changed once created? If it has to be deleted then it should cause too much of a problem since all of one person has it on their wish list and none claim ownership.
