New 3DS is equivalent to DSi - new console, since there will be games specifically created for it, but it supports the current line of games as well.
Micro was just form factor difference. There were no Micro titles.

I would separate it since the hardware in the new 3DS is different from the original, its more like the DSi compared to the original DS line.

To support SK and SirPsycho's statements: It is confirmed that the Xenoblade Chronicles port won't run on the older model 3DS due to processing limitations, so yeah it will have to be a separate console for DB purposes.

But will the games be labeled as "new" 3DS games as well? Or will they be branded as just 3DS? I didn't know there were DSi games separate from plain ol' DS stuff.

The games haven't been released yet, but it has been CONFIRMED that there will be games that can only run on the New Nintendo 3DS.
There were very few DSi-only games, and many DSi-enhanced games. Foto Showdown is probably the most known one, but the list itself is extremely small (and we've identified a couple that aren't listed here):

So these games beared a different label art to specify they would only work on the DSi, it seems. If the "new" 3DS stuff had a label art that worked similarly, it would make it much easier for us to document.

I submitted Spider-Man 2 [Platinum] and it says that Shadow entered the Year. I remember filling in that section. On the box it says 2004 and Wikipedia says it was released in 2004, but Shadow has put 2005.

The original release for the game in Europe was in July 2004. The Platinum release was in 2005.

Need to replace all instances of "Console" for Nintendo Wii Virtual Console entries from "Nintendo Virtual Console / WiiWare" to "Nintendo Wii Virtual Console". Should probably weed out any incorrect entries as well.

I approved this variation and for some reason, the GHs scans carried over. Crazy.
Also we need New 3DS enabled for North America
stuff like
http://www.rfgeneration.c...fo.php?ID=U-182-H-00380-A
needs to be moved to it

Interestingly though, the scans aren't the same ones.

It means that a variation of it was submitted at one point with that ID, and someone either deleted the entry without deleting the images, or the entry was lost in the outage.
