The submitted overview or credits HTML messed with the indentation of the fields. I dare not try to fix it.

I think someone's been forgetting to close their <ul> tags...

Ah that's it. There were two instances of missing ones. All fixed.

I keep trying to add the Kanji title for this but it keeps getting truncated from "タッチ!amiibo いきなりファミコン名シーン" to "タッチ!amiibo いきなりファミコ".

Yep - we need to increase the length in the database for it, since every Kanji character takes up 5 spaces in the title.

Noticed front and back scans for a whole bunch of PC titles I uploaded are missing now. Was there a loss of data recently? examples: wargames, myst trilogy to name a few

It looks like the Front scans are missing. The image files exist on our FTP server, and wouldn't be subject to the normal data loss that the site has gone through in the past. A missing image would've been caused by a corrupt file or bad path, and the file itself doesn't exist on our FTP server... With that being said, I see that the database states that an image was submitted at one point for the Box Front, and I see the submission from back in February on the Box Front image, but no image exists for it. Odd. I'd have to check the server logs to see what may have happened on the submission, and see if the image just failed to upload to the server.

Some images I approved immediately dissipated. Canadian Faxanadu for example. I'm going to refrain from approving until this is resolved I think.

I just had the same thing happen with Cambot's back scan for Faxanadu. In the preview, the image source didn't load. I'll ask him to resubmit and see what's up, so leave it in the queue and skip any images that won't load for the preview for now.

Reminder to fix the credits. Should be credited with Year and Review Links for FatherJack:

Any update on the PC game front covers incident? I really don't want to rescan all those.

Pics are disappearing upon approval again Sad
Dragon Age II on PC and DDR Disney Channel on PS2 had their manual images just up and gone.

Same problem as last time - the image extension is JPEG, not JPG. I started approving them and manually renaming them on the FTP server to fix it, and notified Sauza. However, I found something interesting in there that MAY be the cause of our Box Front PC images disappearing. In the mean time, I can't rename the Box Front for Dragon Age II PC.

The plot thickens! For now I guess I'll have to check the filenames beforehand. Should I reject JPEGs or accept them and let you know?
