Live-action
All I have learned so far is that Patrick Warburton is returning as the Tick, and that it is part of an experiment from Amazon. They will run a new "Pilot" and if the fans want more, they will sign up for more episodes depending on demand, like Netflix did for Arrested Development.
Ben Edlund confirms it will be more dark and edgy than his first attempt and is looking for Nestor Carbonell to come back as Batmanuel...and if he can make that a reality...who knows what will happen?
Any further updates on those new Tick episodes? I randomly went back and watched that show on Netflix for the first time in years a week or two ago. Still just as funny as it was then.

Not sure what's up with that image not rendering correctly, but I'm pretty sure shaggy is correct. Someone can always post a new picture - it's been 24 hours.

Shouldn't be to hard considering that's a known actor in one of his early roles.

Eeyup, Mike has it.
That's Jason Issacs playing the immortal villain of the week in an early episode.
