Shouldn't it be called Call of Duty 6: Modern Warfare? Or Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 2?

Looks like since there's 2 companies alternating yearly releases for the franchise, the traditional sequel numbering system is going away. Oh well. Hopefully CoD:W@W2 will be consistent when it releases presumably in 2010.

I think it's there just to look cool. And you haven't played the first one? You should do so. The single player campaign was one of the most immersive I've played.
