New Section Request - VTech CreatiVision

Hello all.

I know this section did exist at one point, but now it is gone.  Can this be added and enabled for the following regions: Europe, Australia, South Africa and Japan.

Added.

Europe, Australia and Japan have been enabled. We don't have Africa/South Africa as a region at this time.
