Guitar Hero Metallica

For those who haven't seen, here is the list of songs in the game.
Granted, this is just an early setlist and could change at any time, but I have one pressing question on my mind...Why in the hell is And Justice For All not on here???!!!???
Metallica Tracks
* All Nightmare Long
* Battery
* Creeping Death
* Disposable Heroes
* Dyers Eve
* Enter Sandman
* Fade To Black
* Fight Fire With Fire
* For Whom The Bell Tolls
* Frantic
* Fuel
* Hit The Lights
* King Nothing
* Master of Puppets
* Mercyful Fate (Medley)
* No Leaf Clover
* Nothing Else Matters
* One
* Orion
* Sad But True
* Seek And Destroy
* The Memory Remains
* The Shortest Straw
* The Thing That Should Not Be
* The Unforgiven
* Welcome Home (Sanitarium)
* Wherever I May Roam
* Whiplash
If you downloaded the "Death Magnetic" album for Xbox and PS3, those ten songs will play in their entirety in the full game mode. PS2 and Wii versions (coming in the Spring, most likely in early May) will include "Broken Beat & Scarred," "Cyanide" and "My Apocalypse" since they are not compatible with the Death Magnetic downloadable content.
Other Artists
* Alice In Chains - No Excuses
* Bob Seger - Turn The Page
* Corrosion of Conformity - Albatross
* Diamond Head - Am I Evil?
* Foo Fighters - Stacked Actors
* Judas Priest - Hell Bent For Leather
* Kyuss - Demon Cleaner
* Lynyrd Skynyrd - Tuesdays Gone
* Machine Head - Beautiful Mourning
* Mastodon - Blood And Thunder
* Mercyful Fate - Evil
* Michael Schenker Group - Armed and Ready
* Motorhead - Ace of Spades
* Queen - Stone Cold Crazy
* Samhain - Mother of Mercy
* Slayer - War Ensemble
* Social Distortion - Mommy's Little Monster
* Suicidal Tendencies - War Inside My Head
* System of a Down - Toxicity
* The Sword - Black River
* Thin Lizzy - The Boys Are Back in Town

If only they put the MSG, Diamond Head and Judas Priest on another game. Now I might actaully have to (in the distant future) purchase this game.

I don't see any point in this at all. We've been able to download entire albums on Rockband for a while... this is just whoring out the series for all it's worth (same could be said about Aerosmith).

So true. Do we actually need 10+ Guitar hero games from 2007 - 2009. Slow it down a bit, please. Thats not including Rockband or other similar games either.

I agree. One new update per year is more than enough for each franchise. I can't keep up...and I WON'T keep up. Gotta draw the line somewhere.

I don't have a single Guitar Hero/Rock Band game. Too expensive for me, if I could be playing similar games online for free.

Should've had Mastodon's "March Of The Fire Ants" instead.

I will probably buy it DOWN the line, but I'm honestly waiting for the next one ALOT more. Guitar Hero: Van Halen. Only two other bands would excite me more, The Who and Led Zeppelin.

Shouldn't have had any Mastodon, or Seger, or Skynyrd, or Judas Priest, just freakin' Metallica (or Metallica covers of other bands' songs). Isn't that the name of the game? What are all those other bands doing on there?
Being a big Metallica fan, I'd really like to try it, but I don't own any hardware or any other GH / RB games.
