Playstation One Package Variants

I'm sure this has been answered, but I don't find it in the forum search.
I have NHL FaceOff for the PS One. There are three versions..."Long Box," "Greatest Hits" in a jewel case, and the same game in a regular jewel case. How should the regular jewel case version be added? Under extra media kinda like how the Atari 2600 label variations are entered? I know there are several PS One games that came in "Long Box" and jewel case variations, but I didn't know how they were to be entered into the database.

I changed the first entry for that title to include "Longbox" as a variation title, so go ahead and submit the jewel case version as a variation, and use "Jewel Case" as the variation title.
