New Addition - Sharp Famicom Titler

Hello all.
I recently acquired a rare CIB
Sharp Famicom Titler
from a well known collector who is distributing his collection (with proceeds being contributed to a local charity of his). This beast is HUGE - around 4 inches wider than an
Xbox 360
and 2 inches deeper. This system kind of resembles a mixing station of sorts. This console was only released in Japan in limited quantities. The purpose of it was to allow input from a VCR\camcorder and to edit it with subtitles and themes (seasonal, 'holidays, etc.). There was a built-in drawing screen to allow text\action input from the included stylus. Flipping a button would switch to
Famicom
'mode' featuring full compatiabilty with S-Video output (the only Famicom version to feature this). Enough of the banter, here are some pics:
The base unit. The circle indentation actually pops up when a Famicom cart is inserted and acts as an eject button. The 'drawing/input' screen is in the lower middle of the console.

Back of the unit featuring the inputs and S-Video output.

The system with it's styrofoam housing, documents and packaging. This is the contents contained within a very generic outer casing (not pictured).

Thought it might be interesting to everyone. Happy gaming!

Wow, that's an awesome looking system. The fact it has native S-Video makes it an odd one indeed, especially for 1989!

Fantastic console, Terry! A lot of outputs/inputs on that machine, too!
