I thought so. 
I got them from a guy that usually just has junk, but while my dad was looking at something, I spotted the games out of the corner of my eye.  I practically shoved my dad out of the way to get to them.  They're in amazingly good condition, even the overlays look they were never used.  Unfortunately the idiot stuck price stickers on them.  I got them off two games fine, but they won't come off the other two.
