Correct, the cart has a slot in the back to slide the overlay.  Inside the slot is a minty overlay.  Its the PB version of the cart.  I don't know much about it yet because I just bought it and have never played the game.  The wording on the overlay doesn't sound like it belongs to popeye.  Maybe a cart variation or something along those lines.  Sorry for the big pic

That is a Colecovision game my friend. The only 2600 games I can think of that have an overlay are the 3 Sesame Street games and Star Raiders.

Your correct I didn't bother looking at the end of the cartridge and it was labeled as a 2600 cart.  Thanks for the help on clarifying this.
