smallville's were a steal. congrats on getting your mitts on a buster douglas boxed. i'm sure you can find the manual someday, yet it will be tough. glad to hear you got yourself a 7800. did you already have some games for the system? i recommend food fight and xevious. there are a few more that are well worth the gameplay.

Yeah, Scott also gave me 13 games a few days ago.
I also tested every 7800 game in the U.S. collection the other day when at Scott's  Wink

If you get a CIB 7800 Rick you must pass it on to another RFG member. Wink

Yeah, pay it forward jerk!  |D

Got some minor stuff recently;

Yanya Caballista:  City Skater (PS2) brand new $10
Dragon Quest 8 demo - free
Socom 3 demo - free

Stupid Christmas.  Buying stuff for other people sucks.

kindof got burned yesterday. I picked up a dreamcast for 6.50 with hookups and 1 controller from a thrift. I couldnt really test it other than plug it in and see it got power (which it did). Anyway, it boots up to the menu if there is no disc in, but, since i have no games for this system, everytime i put a cd in the system dies and wont come on again for a while...Oh well, I can always use it for parts if i ever get another one... Has anyone else had this sort of problem and is it fixable?

I've gotten odd looks from cashiers when asking to buy empty packaging. but yeah, most of the time they'll just give it to you. It never hurts to ask, even if you do look like an idiot doing it. The several games I've completed this way more than make up for the awkward moment.

No doubt it's always worth it to ask, I have done that several times a well.  As a matter of fact this week I picked up the box to a TI1099/A tape drive for free that way.
