I got NHLPA '93 and John Madden Football both for Genesis and CIB yesterday for $4.00 total.  It was also the first thrift store that I've gone to that had a decent amount of stuff.  All of the games they had there were sports games, but they also had a Genesis model 1 playstation model 1 and a black N64 all for $20 bucks a piece.  If I didn't have at least two of all those systems I would have grabbed one of them.

A very small score for me today.  PIcked up the first issue of Nintendo Power at a Salvation Army store for 15 cents...and it's in good condition, too!

I found quite a bit over the course of the weekend.

I found a Sega Pico with all hook ups and the following games for $20 total at a garage sale(all games are loose):

A Year at Pooh Corner
101 Dalmations:  Math Antics
Lion King:  Adventure at Pride Rock
Mickey's blast into the past
Pocahontas Riverbend Adventures (cover of book missing)
Richard Scarry's Huckle and Lowly's Busiest Day Ever
Smart Alex and Alice:  Curios Kids
Tails and the Music Maker (cover of book missing)

I found all of these at various garage sales too:

Mattel electronic football (1978 version) $0.25
Pokemon Snap strategy guide $2
Hey You Pikachu promo video $1
Jet Force Gemini promo video $1
Goosebumps handheld $1

I found NHL '94 and NBA Live '95 for Genesis both CIB for $2 apiece at a thrift store

Finally today I hit the TRU 50% off sale and picked up Final Fantasy Tactics Advance and Onimusha 3 for just over $26.

I could've bought alot more too.  I found two Genesis, one with 5 games and one with about 20 games (and four controllers and a game organizer) for 20 and 25 bucks respectively, as well as a brand new in box teal Gameboy Color.  I didn't get either of the Genesis because I had most of the games, the were 99% sports and they were all loose.  I didn't get the Gameboy because they wanted $30 for it and I couldn't rationalize spending that much when I have 10 more at home.

Well, I went to a thrift store here in Belgium for the first time yesterday.  They're called 'kringloop' stores, and I was always told that they only deal with furniture.  Went there to donate some furniture yesterday and the store turned out to be like a normal thrift store, so I guess I'll be checking these stores more often Wink

I was in a bit of a hurry - found just one computer game for 1.50 euro MIB, so I didn't even look at the title, only the specs to see if it was retro.  Turns out to be The Sacred Mirror of Kofun, an old adventure game, and the special edition that contains a VHS tape while at it.  I checked the web and only found one place selling the special edition w/VHS, new @ $149.99...my copy is practically new/unused, so I guess I got a sweet deal here Smiley

Now I just hope that all my kringloop finds will be as good as my first Wink
