Sound like the contact on the games (and most likely the cartridge slot) need to be cleaned.

passed on a Zelda double screen Game and Watch, for £40. Loose, lovely condition, and I had a £10 credit note for the store. But, couldn't spare £30 for it.

Spent the £10 credit on a CIB  32x Metal Head and CIB Monopoly for the PS1

Den, I looked through my collection. You wouldn't happen to have 4 of those green cases would you? The 2 I bought were not original cases, and I have a couple other games that are not orignial cases as well. I'll bring the dolla to hockey on Tuesday...and btw, be wary of Spy vs. Spy (reviews coming in on gamespot and teamxbox are rather low).

Geom Cube is a weird game. It's pretty much Tetris looking down a hole.

Yeah, I think I am going to try this out with my girlfriend today.  It looks like it could be pretty fun.

I went out and hit my first garage sales of the year.

I found a 400 page playstation players guide for 50 cents
an NES/Gameboy/SNES codebook fromNintendo (it's official too) for $3
A loose N64 memory card for $1
and this funky ass coleco handheld for 10 cents (see attachment)

After that the girlfriend and I went to a mall where I got Dynasty Tactics and TNN Bass Tournament of Champions (Genesis) and my girlfriend got The Urbz:  Sims in the city for the Gamecube.  Not a bad day out.

Nice finds, especially the handheld at 10 cents.  It is in the database, right here:

Do you mind if I upload that photo you took and credit you for its addition?
