^The O2 box was sitting in a lighthouse thrift.  I saw it lying on the ground and got excited.  Hoping for a boxed system but it turned out to full of xmas ornaments.  I emptied out the ornaments and took it to the counter and they said I could have it.

Too bad that the console wasn't in there.

But a free box is always nice. Smiley Finding the console is much easier than the box, anyway.

early christmas gifts, games that have eluded me for a LOOONG time.

TMNT Tournament Fighters for NES - I have probably bid on this ten times in the last year and every time it gets too high for my taste. Cart only but minty!

Bible Buffet for NES - another one I've been wanting but was too pricy. Very happy to get it as a gift, again, cart only but mint.

Chrono Trigger for SNES - Never wanted to pay so much for this one. Very glad to finally have it, although I will probably get the DS version soon and play through that.

Also picked up Resident Evil: Code Veronica and House of the Dead 2 for DC complete at a thrift for a buck each.

I know of a pawnshop that has a boxed O2 with all paperwork but the asking price was ridiculous.

I've been pulling ridiculous stuff from the flea market for the past month and a half Grin

Yesterday's flea market extravaganza:

Power Pad (NES, CIB) - $3

PS2 Multitap,
Black PS2 memory card, and
S-Video PS2 cable - $5

Boogerman (Genesis, CIB),
Excitebike (NES),
Super Mario Bros 2 (NES, Game and Manual) - $2

Mega Man 2 (NES),
Faxanadu (NES),
Kid Icarus (NES),
Gauntlet II (NES),
Rygar (NES) - $2

The Power Pad came in a pretty plain white box (It looks totally different from the one pictured here http://www.rfgeneration.c...fo.php?ID=U-027-H-00050-A).  Anyone now what this is from or worth?

I can't say for certain, but I would assume it's the pad that came with the NES Power Set.

VERY nice finds Mr. Fizzle. Too bad though there was no game in the DC when you bought it. Happened to me a few times.

That is one great looking Dreamcast, MrFizzle! Shocked

I didn't even knew a black Dreamcast existed. It takes some time to get used to, but it sure is awesome. nod
