Good haul today at the local old games shop.
NES:
Shatterhand - cart only - $5 - came in a little plastic box I've never seen before. It's cool, but I'm probably just uninformed and it's probably nothing special.
SNES:
Mario Paint w/ SNES Mouse - cart & mouse only - $12 - I only paid $6 as my brother split the price with me
Wordtris - CIB - $9 - first CIB SNES game! Also only paid $5 and my brother paid the other 4.
Genesis:
Road Rash - CIB - $5
Soldiers of Fortune - CIB - $6 - The Chaos Engine for you non-Americans. The barcode seems to have been cut off the box... wtf?
Wonder Boy in Monster World - CIB - $5 - The cover of the manual is missing (well, that's putting it nicely. It seems to have been torn off), but otherwise this game is complete.
TurboGrafx-16:
Parasol Stars - HuCard only - $7 - This was the _only_ Turbo game (worth getting) they had in the whole shop! I had to ask special if the owner had any TG16 games and it took him like 10 minutes to find it in the back room.
Game Boy Advance:
Astro Boy: Omega Factor - cart only -$10
Metroid Fusion - cart only - free! - my brother bought a new copy as shown in the pic to replace his copy which is in relatively worse condition. The old one still plays, though, so he's giving it to me. I don't really see the point in rebuying it just so it looks a little less faded, but honestly I'm not going to argue. It's his money and I like free games.
EDIT: It seems there are now 10,000 posts in this forum, and I've made the 10,000th post! Go me!

How are you liking your turbo grafx Mr. Ksoft?
And speaking of Turbo Grafx, I ordered splatterhouse and it came in the mail today. According to the guy on Amazon: Complete with box and manual. But insteas I get a dirty cart with no manual box. That was $20 well spent...

That sucks. Is there a way you might get your money back?

@ Mr. Ksoft
The UPC was probably cut off for a coupon or something. Many of my dad's SNES games are missing their UPC's, including Super Metroid : (

I'm quite enjoying it, despite only having 4 games that I'm actually liking a lot (Galaga '90, Legendary Axe 2, Parasol Stars, Splatterhouse). The only thing that hurts is trying to find games, as my dad dislikes buying from Ebay & friends often-- usually I can only buy like 2 things a year, and therefore I've already gone over my quota.

How is galaga '90? I love galaga, and is it a good version?

Utterly fantasic rendition of the game, if you ask me. I'd much rather play it over the original.

-2 PS1 contollers
- 3 Gamegear games
-6 PS1 games (1 longbox)
One of the games was FF7. That was one of the reasons I bought it.

Picked up a U-Force and Satellite for the NES for $5 total at the flea market today. Haven't tested them yet, the guy said the U-Force didn't work, but I can probably fix it.
